Although the declaration of substances of very high concern under REACH is still a headache for the industry, the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) will require companies to declare the presence of Substances of Concern—a list that includes around 5,000 substances.

In this webinar, we will define material compliance requirements under both CSRD and ESPR. In addition, we will show you ways and methods to stay compliant even if you do not have information about all those thousands of substances. This can be achieved using what is called materiality assessments.
