Since, many of our customers wanted to expand their knowledge about building compliance management system, we have decided to offer this 2 days advanced workshop for you.
A Deep Dive into Integrated Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Management Systems
This workshop discusses the design of a standalone management system. However, it primarily focuses on a Compliance Management System that can be integrated with Quality Management (QM), Risk, and other areas, known as "GRC" (Governance, Risk, and Compliance). This integrated approach has been theoretically and practically proven to effectively interconnect various business functions like governance, quality, risk and compliance management, internal control, and auditing. This eliminates redundancies, avoids isolated solutions, and achieves significant synergies. Many companies around the world use popular international standards (like ISO, COSO, IDW) for implementing an integrated GRC Compliance Management System. This workshop references those standards. In practice, companies often require their business partners to adhere to varying compliance standards, causing concern due to the increasing diversity of existing standards. This course, titled "Introduction to Governance, Risk, and Compliance", imparts the basics of GRC.

By modeling existing processes, participants learn the necessary content in each process step. Interdisciplinary processes (Law, Business, Psychology) are highlighted. Relevant course contents are integrated into these modeled processes, ensuring clarity. This enables participants to act process-oriented and achieve company goals considering "GRC". The company's internal processes must align with the processes of business partners or other stakeholders, considering "GRC" requirements.
High emphasis on compliance arises from addressing diverse legal requirements across business processes. "Compliance" particularly signifies adherence to legal provisions, regulatory standards, and usually the company's own ethical standards and requirements.
The course equips participants to conceptualize and understand an Integrated GRC Management System, in line with international industry and audit standards.
