? Overview:
Are you aware that you may leave and lose the USA Market beginning from May 8, 2025?
If you import articles containing PFAS or PFAS substances to the USA beginning, you have top report the amount you have imported since 2011 to USA authorities using EPA’s Central Data Exchange (CDX) portal for electronic reporting. Otherwise, you cannot do business anymore in the USA. The portal for reporting PFAS data will open on November 12, 2024, and data must be submitted by May 8, 2025. Small manufacturers (as defined by the regulation) have an extended data submission period and must submit data by November 10, 2025.
In this webinar, we will teach you about the new PFAS reporting in USA under TSCA Section 8(a)(7) and how to deal with it in only 5 minutes.
Due Diligence required for TSCA PFAS reporting of imported articles will be also explained with a clear process and action steps.
