• The initial supplier directly involved (tire-1)
• Next suppliers (Tier-N) are indirectly involved on the basis of proven awareness.

Regulatory application

• Bundesamt für wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle (BAFA) in the Federal Ministry for Economic Subjects
• It is the responsibility of providing information based on control, instructions, approval facilities and risk evaluation.

Restrictions and financial fines

• Administrative fine regulations, which can reach up to 2% of the annual revenue.
• German NGOs (NGOs) and labor organizations have the power to exercise the rights of the victims.
