  2. Your product contains substances/substances from the current 65 proposal list (https://www.p65warnings.ca.gov/chemicals), but is within the "SAFE" limit (https://oehha.ca.gov/proposition-65/general-info/current-proposition-65-No-signsicant-rampit-risk-lolve-nsrls-Maximum) or an anticipated level of exposure will not pose a significant risk of cancer or reproductive hazards in accordance with Oehha regulations, availableIn Article 7AndArticle 8From title 27, California Code of Regulations.
  3. Your product contains substances/substances from the current 65 proposal list (https://www.p65warnings.ca.gov/chemicals) above the "safe" limit and warning to the California population about significant exposure to the chemicals that have been identified by the state to cause cancer and/or reproductive hazards are needed.

If the product is above the insignificant risk limit (NSRLS) and the allowable maximum dose limit (Madls), the product must be labeled with warnings.
