Does your company sell articles in the European Union (EU) market? Compliance with Reach's rules is important to ensure human and environmental health. This guide will provide a quick picture of the rules you need to remember.

  1. Determine if your article contains materials that need to be registered under Reach:If your article contains materials intended to be released and the amount of this material exceeds a ton a year, you must comply with the registration obligation of the article under paragraph 7 (1) of the Reach.
  2. Identify high -risk materials (SVHCs) in your article:If your article contains SVHC in a concentration higher than 0.1% (W/W) and is listed on the SVHC candidate list for permission, you will need to deliver the name of the material and the safe use instructions to your customers under paragraph 33 Reach. In addition, you need to submit information about this article in the SCIP database under the Directive Directivity of the Waste Framework.
