Formaldehyde restrictions based on the Act of Chemverbotsv (Chemverbotsv)

Formaldehyde is specifically limited based on the laws of banning chemicals and above restrictions based on Reach Annex XVII:

1. Wood -based and non -coated material (particle boards, block boards, veneer boards, and fiber boards) should not be marketed if the concentration of formaldehyde balance caused by wood -based materials exceeds 0.1 ml/cbm (PPM) in the air. examination room.
2. Furniture containing wood -based materials that do not meet the requirements of paragraph 1 should not be marketed. However, paragraph (1) is also considered fulfilled if the furniture meets the compensation concentration as referred to in paragraph (1) in testing the entire body.
3. Washing products, cleansers, and maintenance with formaldehyde mass content of more than 0.2% should not be marketed.
4. The prohibition according to paragraph 1 does not apply to the marketed plate solely for the appropriate coating purposes, as long as it is confirmed that, after the coating, the plate meets the compensation concentration specified in paragraph 1.
5. Prohibition according to paragraph 3 does not apply to cleansers that are only used for industrial purposes.
