Implementation of regulations

  • Federal Office for Economics and Export Control (BAFA) in the Federal Ministry of Economics
  • Controls, instructions, authorization rights and information obligations based on the risk assessment.

Sanctions and fines

  • Regulations on administrative penalties that can be up to 2 % of annual sales.
  • German non -governmental organizations (NGOs) and unions have the ability to enforce the rights of those affected.
