• Internal records and annual and spontaneous construction of public reports

• In-house operational domain
• Directly Primary Suppliers (Tier-1)
• Later suppliers (Tier-N) are indirectly involved on the basis of adequate awareness.

Regulatory enforcement

• Bundesmat Fur Virtashaft eggsfuharcontrol (BAFA) under the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs (BAFA)
• The duty to submit information based on control, instructions, authority privileges, and risk evaluation.

Restriction and monetary punishment

• Rules related to administrative fine, which can reach 2% of annual revenue.
• The German non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and labor unions have the ability to implement the rights of affected persons.

Current status

• This law will be effective from January 1, 2023.
